No. Findexly only deducts credits when contact data is fully verified. If we cannot confirm an email or phone number meets our quality standard, we return the credit to your account automatically.
Our database focuses exclusively on decision makers including C-level executives, VPs, directors, heads, founders, partners, and owners. We do not pad our numbers with junior employees or random contacts. Over 22 million contacts in our database are pure senior decision makers.
We maintain a 98% deliverability rate by running every email through real-time inbox verification before it is returned to you. We also exclude catch-all domains which many competitors count as valid, ensuring your actual delivery rates stay high.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on any plan. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
