1. Platform License and Parameter Limits

By setting up a functional profile, authenticating an enterprise account, or operating data query structures on Findexly, you confirm direct compliance with our legal and transactional system frameworks. We grant active subscribers a standard, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable internal access license. This license is provided solely for legitimate outbound business-to-business marketing, corporate talent acquisition, professional networking searches, internal target generation, and programmatic data enrichment parameters.

2. Acceptable Data Operations and Restrictions

Users agree not to deploy automated systemic scrapers, malicious API execution strains, custom browser extraction scripts, or continuous computational harvesting engines designed to mass copy bulk structural database indices or rebuild proprietary Findexly logic. Doing so triggers immediate account isolation, complete profile termination, and algorithmic blocklisting without refund.

Every data export, system verification action, and information download must sync directly with valid, compliant sales activities. Subscribers are entirely responsible for ensuring their downstream communication strategies strictly adhere to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, GDPR, and local anti-spam regulations. Findexly data cannot be used to determine eligibility for personal credit, employment, insurance, or any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

3. Credit Structures, Subscriptions, and Payments

Monthly computational lookup and enrichment credits reset cleanly at the close of every individual billing cycle based on your designated plan. Unused system lookup parameters do not carry over to consecutive operational cycles. Accounts are assigned strictly to designated professionals and must not be distributed, multiplexed, or shared among multi-tenant external agents outside your active, purchased subscription seats. All fee obligations are non-refundable, and tier modifications apply immediately to the active cycle.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Findexly processes and updates structural business intelligence indices utilizing highly sophisticated, multi-stage verification algorithms. However, because organizational infrastructure, domain states, and corporate hierarchies change rapidly, all data is provided strictly "as is" and "as available." We do not issue absolute structural guarantees regarding operational deliverability status variations.

Findexly, along with its officers, directors, and developers, retains no liability for downstream campaign delivery interruptions, hard email bounces, financial revenue loss, connection drops, or third-party email platform domain blocklisting arising from your use of exported database assets.
